What do I need to activate my SIM?
Just grab your credit/debit card or a top-up voucher that’s it! Once you’ve activated your SIM, pop it into any unlocked phone, and boom, you’re ready to roll. Easy-peasy.
How do I use a voucher to activate my SIM?
After popping in your activation code, follow the super simple steps on the screen. When you hit the payment page, select “voucher” and type in that 16-digit code (you’ll find it on the back of your voucher no treasure hunt required).
Can I bring my old phone number to giffgaff?
You bet! We’d be thrill to welcome your old number to the family. Once your SIM activate, we’ll send you a link to transfer your number. All you’ll need is your PAC code from your previous network.
Need to swap your SIM?
Already part of the giffgaff family? If your SIM is MIA, the wrong size, or acting up, we’ve got your back. Just enter the code from your new SIM (it’s free to order!), click “Activate your SIM,” and log in with your giffgaff username or number.
Lost your activation code?
First, don’t panic! Check the back of your SIM card for the serial number it’s that 11-19 digit code. Use that instead, and you’ll be up and running in no time. Still stuck? Reach out to our community forum they’re pros at solving these things.
